Jeannie was our travel agent for our honeymoon in January, 2015. We went to Dominican Republic. There was a snowstorm in NY on the day of our return which closed all of the airports. Our hotel was unwilling to accommodate us with a room for an extra night, and no flights were scheduled. We were very nervous that we'd have to sleep in the dirty and dangerous streets of DR. Jeannie was wonderful, she was able to book a room and flight for us, and even assisted with the travel insurance for which I was reimbursed 100% for my additional expenses. If not for her, our honeymoon would have been a disaster.
