I wish I could give zero stars. The owner of this business has zero compassion for her patrons. I shipped something in dry ice packaged by this store, paid $235 for overnight shipping AND PAID FOR INSURANCE valued at $2,500. They LOST my package for over 7 days, therefore the contents were spoiled. However, since they found it on the 9th day, they don't consider it lost and the insurance that was sold to me isn't applicable. When pleading my case to the owner she was cold hearted with ZERO interest in helping me. I explained to her that this package was medicine, (which she was fully aware of) and it was now ruined because of their error and that something should be done, her response was unenthused and heartless and said it's policy. So, I would like everyone to know their policy because coincidently it was only explained after they had my money and ruined the contents of my package. Awful business, awful customer service, AWFUL business owner.
